Spot UV business cards are made when selected areas of the business card are highlighted with gloss on top of the silk lamination while the rest of the cards remain matte; this gives the print product a great contrast and amazing finish. Spot gloss business cards start at 500 in quantity per print job and are printed our thick 16pt card stock. We can also add foil stamping (Gold, Silver, or Copper) to these silk laminated business cards along with spot gloss. For any special requests or questions, please call us at 877-677-4800.
Print Size: 3.5″ x 2″ trim size (1050px by 600px).
Bleeds: files must have a 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed on each side (1088px by 638px).
Safe Zone: keep all text & logos 1/8″ (0.125″) inside the trim.
Color Mode: files need to come in CMYK color mode (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected).
Resolution: 300 dpi.
Fonts: all fonts must be outlined or send us the font files.
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies.
Files Accepted: PDF, EPS, TIFF, AI, PSD, or JPEG
